BOOK AN EVENT PLANNING VISIT
Book a visit with us to discuss your event. During this meeting at the venue, we can address any questions or clarifications you may have about your booking and finalise everything needed for a totally stress-free event :-)
Please note that this is an in-person appointment at the venue. If you would prefer to have a phonecall please choose the 'Event Planning Phonecall' option.
RE-VISIT
For clients that would like a re-visit to familiarise themselves with the space. Perhaps to show a friend, measure up or plan decor.
Please note that this appointment type is different to an Event Planning Visit. This appointment type should be used if you don't need any input from us and don't need to discuss the detail of your event with us. If you are looking to meet with us to discuss your event logisitics then please use the 'Event Planning Visit' option.
EVENT PLANNING PHONECALL
Book a phonecall with us to discuss your event. During this call we can address any questions or clarifications you may have about your booking and work on finalising your all-important Event Plan.
Please note that this is a phonecall appointment. If you would prefer to meet us at the venue please use the 'Event Planning Visit' option.
