It is not always possible to extend your booking on the day, due to other bookings, staffing limitations, security requirements, cleaning arrangements, etc.  However we will always do our best to accommodate on-the-spot requests where we can.

Due to the logistical difficulties involved in making these arrangements, an additional charge is incurred at the rate of 50% of our standard fees.  The total fees to extend any booking (where it is possible) are set out below:

Daytime events (events ending before 7pm): £112.50 per hour

Sunday to Thursday evening events: £150 per hour

Friday evening events: £202.50 per hour

Saturday evening events: £225 per hour
